Introduction

This presentation will demonstrate the various functions within

different organisations – public, private and voluntary sectors and

how they link to organisational structure.

It will review the key vocabulary and how it relates to the

assessment including questions.

It will explain the different functions, concepts with examples from

organisations including the impact on staff and the external

environment with two video clips.

It will also provide further reading to develop your knowledge and

support research and an Action Plan with a checklist.
