Assessment Criteria for Learning Outcome 2

As part of LO2 and linked to your 3 different types of organisations, you

need to explain the relationship between different organisational

functions such as Marketing, Finance, Production or Distribution.

You also need to explain how they link to organisational objectives and

structure for these different organisations.

And describe the tasks of these functions and how they work together

identifying differences in different organisations.

To achieve a higher grade, your evidence from above will need to be

analysed including the impact upon the organisational structure. This

will be covered in more detail in further presentations.
