Responsibilities for establishing the formal organisation structure of the
organisation lines with leadership and management.
The structure should be able to achieve efficiency in the utilisation of resources and
contribute to motivation of staff.
Provide opportunities for monitoring organisational performance as well as
ensuring accountability of individuals.
Ensure there is co-ordination and working across functions.
Create job satisfaction, including opportunities for progression.
The structure also contributes to the motivation and culture of the organisation.
Find out as much as you can about your three organisation structures, include them
in your PowerPoint and link to the business mission and objectives.
