on the organisation structure? Oxfam
On the website, you can see that Oxfam has a geographical
functions. There are lots of different offices all over the world and
they provide services.
There is also information on corporate governance which
oversees Oxfam and sets the strategy of the organisation.
You can predict that there will be one Marketing department,
Finance and Human Resources. In addition, you can see from the
Annual Report of Oxfam they have a Fundraising department,
Development and Humanitarian departments that head the
different projects across the world.
The Oxfam stores contribute to the fundraising and have a
separate department. This is so that all stores look the same.
The main purpose of Oxfam is to provide a service, like other
charities. You need to match this information with the correct
organisation structure.
