How will you be able to get information on

the organisation structure? Tesco PLC

It is not always the case that organisations display their

actual organisation structure on their website.

However, what they provide is information on roles

and responsibilities to enable you to create your own
organisational structure.

This is an example from Tesco.com under the about us

section, see source below.
What it does is provide the names and titles who head

the departments.

What you will notice is that there are slightly different

roles such as Chief Financial Officer is who Head of
Finance Department. The Chief People Officer

responsible for Human Resource Department.

You need to use this linked to tall, flat or matrix
structure.

This type of information is common across all public

limited companies such as Sainsburys.
